A key factor making BioCycle Showcase Formula™ most effective is the presence of L-form bacteria. The L-form bacteria found in BioCycle products are unequaled among DFM products. The L-form offers an excellent shelf life and survive when mixed with high mineral feed ingredients allowing them to reach the lower digestive system unharmed.
BioCycle contains two separate L-form bacteria that enhance the function and population of the microflora in the lower gut. BioCycle Showcase Formula also contains both yeast culture and live cell yeast that produce a range of metabolites including B-vitamins, a broad based enzyme package to enhance nutrient digestion, specialized proteins for the unexpected environmental challenges, microbial sugars for nourishment of other gut microbes and potassium iodide to enhance metabolism.
Use Directions
- Calves at weaning:
- 1/2 ounce/head/day for 7 days then 1/4 ounce per day thereafter
- Breeding age heifers:
- 1/2 ounce/head/day for 7 days then 1/3 ounce per day thereafter
- Show animals (Dairy): Show animals (Beef): Pre-Show Regimen:
- Up to 12 months of age: 1/4 ounce/head/day Up to 800 lbs: 1/4 ounce/head/day 1 week before, during and after
- 12 to 24 months: 1/3 ounce/head/day Over 800 lbs: 1/2 ounce/head/day show (all groups): 1/2 ounce/head/day
- Lactating: 1/2 ounce/head/day
- Non-routine conditions (transportation, vaccination, dehorning, antibiotic therapy, heat stress, etc.): 1/2 ounce/head/day for 7 days then resume feeding at your normal rate
